The said bill was then sent to the Senate. Mr. McCauley submitted the following order:' Ordered, That after to-day this House hold three sessions daily, commencing as follows: 11 o'clock, A. M., 4 o'clock, P. M., and H o'clock P. M; Which was rejected. Mr. Jones, from the committee on Corporations, reported favorably a bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Globe Express company; Which was read the first time. ' l The bill entitled, an Act to change the name of William Baker Lowdermilk, of Cumberland, Allegany county, to that of William H. Lowdermilk; Was. read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
