AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Add additional section:
Sec. 9. And be it enacted, That nothing herein contained
shall be so construed as to authorize the said company to
avail themselves of the privileges of this Act until at least
one hundred thousand dollars of the capital stock shall have
been subscribed, and fifty thousand, dollars paid in; and fifty
thousand dollars subscribed on every additional hundred
thousand dollars, and twenty-five thousand dollars paid in.

pany of the Mount Washington Female College of the Me-
thodist Episcopal Church;
Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED:
Section 2, in line 4, by inserting between the words "stock"
and "as," the words 'to be issued in such mannar and upon
such terms and conditions."
In second line of title, strike out the word "the" between
the words "of" and "Mount."
