Article of the Code of Public General Laws in relation to fish
and fisheries, relating to the waters of the Potomac River,
lying between the mouth of New Creek and Weaverton Dam;.
Endorsed, "rejected."
A bill, entitled, an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Savannah Steamship company;
Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ments:"
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED,
Add additional section.
Section 10. Be it enacted, That nothing herein contained
shall be so construed as to authorize the said corporation to
go into operation until one thousand shares of stock, are sub-
scribed, and twenty-five thousand dollars paid in, and for
every additional hundred thousand dollars of capital stock,
fifty thousand dollars subscribed and twenty-five thousand
dollars paid in.
