The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes-
sage:
By THE SENATE,
January 29, 1866.
Gentlemen of the House a/Delegates:
We respectfully ask you to return to the Senate, House
bill to repeal sections 1 and 2, chapter 71, passed 1864, en-
titled, an Act to add to the 41st Article of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws in relation to fish and fisheries relating to
the waters of the Potomac River, lying between the mouth of
New Creek and Weaverton Dam.

Secretary.

Mr. Cronise submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January 29, 1866.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We herewith return you, according to request, House bill
to repeal sections 1 and 2, chapter 71, passed 1864, entitled,
an Act to add to the 41 st Article of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, in relation to fish and fisheries relating to the
