Gentlemen of the House a/Delegates: We respectfully ask you to return to the Senate, House bill to repeal sections 1 and 2, chapter 71, passed 1864, en- titled, an Act to add to the 41st Article of the Code of Pub- lic General Laws in relation to fish and fisheries relating to the waters of the Potomac River, lying between the mouth of New Creek and Weaverton Dam.
