The bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, and to direct the payment to the said company of the sum of money pledged by the Act passed January session, 1860, chapter, '303, to works of in- ternal improvement in Dorchester county; Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill entitled, an Act farther to regulate the relation of creditor and debtor between the State and the Susquehanna, and Tide Water Canal company; Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. On motion of Mr. Miller, of Anne Arundel, Leave was granted the committee on Ways and Means to report a bill entitled, an Act to aid in the re-organization of St. John's College, On motion of Mr. Smith, of Allegany, Leave was granted the Allegany county delegation to re- port a bill entitled an Act, in relation to the Superintendent of the National Road in Allegany county. Mr. Slothower submitted the following order: Ordered, That when this House adjourns, it stand adjourned until Monday next at 11 o'clock. Mr. Rinehart moved to amend by striking out Monday, and inserting to-morrow; The question being on the adoption of the amendment; Mr. Harris demanded the yeas and nays; The demand being sustained; The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follow;
