On motion of Mr. Cook, The bill was recommitted to the committee on Corpo- rations. The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 412 of article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore city, entitled "Hay and Straw," and to re-enact the same with amend- ments; Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill entitled, an Act to prohibit the sale of liquor within two miles of Freedom or Trinity churches, in the Fifth Election District of Carroll county; Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill entitled, an Act to revise the Act of incorporation of the town of New Windsor in Carroll county; Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill entitled, an Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay Thomas E. Dell for the supplemental Code, purchased by the State.
