The said bill was then sent to the Senate. The bill" entitled, an Act to incorporate the Maiden's Choice Passenger .Railway company; Was taken up for consideration on its second reading. Mr. Slothower submitted the following amendment; Section 9, line 3, strike out "six" and insert "five," Which was adopted. The 'bill was then read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. I: The bill entitled, an Act for the benefit of the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal church of Columbia street station, in the city of Baltimore; Was read the second time, and by special order the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
