Trinity churches in the fifth election district in Carroll county,
and to prevent the sale of all kinds of intoxicating drinks
within the above described limits;
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Williams from a Select committee reported favorably an
Act to authorize Eliza Martin to settle her account as Guardian
of John Glibson and to deliver over the estate to her said ward;
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Stewart from a Select committee reported favorably an
Act to repeal section 74 of article 13 in the Code of Public
Local Laws, and re-enact the same with amendments;
Which was read the first time.
The bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 13 of article 24
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the inspec-
tion of records, and to re-enact the same with amendments;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill entitled, an Act to incorporated the Baltimore and
Savanah Steamship company;
Was read the second time and by special order the third
time and passed by yeas 'and nays as follow:
