The said bill was then sent to the Senate. Mr. McCauley, from the committee on the Judiciary, re- ported favorably, a bill entitled, an act to authorize the School Commissioners of Frederick county to pay to Jonas Urner and Nicholas Norris, two of the Trustees of the Primary School Dis- trict, No. 53, in said county, a sum of money advanced by them for the support of the School in said district in the years 1863 and 1864, during the time of their trusteeship. On motion of Mr. McCauley, The rules were suspended and the bill read the second and third times by special order, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
