Mr. Rinehart, from the Frederick county delegation, to
which was referred a hill, entitled, an Act to incorporate a
Company to build a Turnpike Road from Union Bridge, Car-
roll county, to Unionville, Frederick county, reported back
said bill without amendment;
Which was read the second time.
On motion of Mr. Rinehart,
The rules were suspended, the bill read the third time by
