40 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Jan. 15, Mr. Rinehart, from the Frederick county delegation, to which was referred a hill, entitled, an Act to incorporate a Company to build a Turnpike Road from Union Bridge, Car- roll county, to Unionville, Frederick county, reported back said bill without amendment; Which was read the second time. On motion of Mr. Rinehart, The rules were suspended, the bill read the third time by special order, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
The said. bill was then sent to the Senate. Mr. Cronise, from the Washington, county delegation, to which was referred the bill entitled, an Act to amend an Act entitled, an Act to incorporate the Washington county Railroad, passed January session, 1864, reported said bill back to the House without amendment; Which was read the second time. On motion of Mr. Cronise, The rules were suspended, the bill read the third time by special order, and passed, by yeas and nays as follow:
