Of ths Free School Fund and of the Sinking Fund, constituting
" The Funds,'" he submits the following Report :
On the 30th September, 1864, there remained in the
Treasury, to the credit of the Free Schools Fund, the
sum of........................................................................
And there was received, during the year ended 30th
September, 1865, on account of the Free Schools
Fund, the sum of $87,132.83, from the following
sources, viz:
From 23 cents Tax on each $100 of the capital of the
