September 23, 1865, John P. White, of Baltimore city As- sistant Inspector of Grain, vice Septimus Claypoole, deceased. Allegany County. April 1, 1865, George Keady, Superintendent National Road, vice Charles B. Smith, resigned. April 12, 1865, John J. Keller, Notary Public at Frostburg vice self, failed to qualify. June 8, 1865, Samuel J. Livengood, Justice of the Peace Eleventh district, vice B. C. Meesu, deceased. August 19, 1865, George A.
