Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That until otherwise

M. Hurley, Lydia C. Ackworth, D. W. Haw-
kins, J. N. Stewart, R. K. Wimbrough, Wil-
liam Camden and John H. Waring. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he
is hereby directed to issue his warrant upon the
Treasurer for twelve dollars and ninety-seven
cents, to pay John W. Brashears, late collector of
taxes in the first district of Anne Arundel
county, being the sum erroneously paid by him
into the State Treasury; fifty dollars to pay W.
W. Quinn and Brothers for monies erroneously
paid into the State Treasury; six hundred dollars
to pay David Fowler, late Clerk in the Comptrol-
ler's office, for services rendered; fifty dollars to
pay B. F. M. Hurley, late Military State Agent
at Washington, for services rendered; nineteen
dollars and sixty-six cents to pay Lydia Ackworth
the balance of pension due as the heir of Nancy
Richardson; fifty dollars to pay D. W. Hawking
for legal services rendered the State; J. N. Stew-
art, one hundred and seventy-five dollars for
moneys expended while keeping of the Hill; R.
K. Wimbrough, four hundred and twenty-five
dollars for publishing in the Cambridge Herald
laws passed at the extra session of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-six; William Camden, for extra |
