Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:

Landsdale,
Mackall,
" NEGATIVE—None.
McMaster,

Ohr,
Philpot,
Tome,
Trail,
Turner,
Vickers,
Waters,
Wells,
Whitney—22.

 
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Lansdale moved to adjourn;
Determined in the negative;
Mr. Mackall submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the officers of the' Senate, be allowed the
same extra compensation as was allowed the officers of the
last Senate.
Which was read.
Mr. McMaster submitted the following amendment:
Ordered, That the officers of the Senate, receive the sum of
fifty dollars each extra compensation;
Which was read and adopted; and,
The order as amended was then adopted; and
The Senate adjourned.
