of said bounty to the heirs of such soldiers so
dying out of the service; therefore |
Bounty—to
whom paid. |
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That for all soldiers entitled to the
bounty aforesaid, who may have died or may die
after having been honorably discharged from the
service, without having received said bounty, the
said bounty shall be paid to the widow if any, or
heirs of such soldiers in the order named in said
bounty Act and the supplements thereto. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |

AN ACT for the relief of the sureties on the bond
of John D. Nabb, formerly collector of State
taxes in Talbot county. |
Received as
payment in
full. |
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of two thousand seven
hundred and seventy dollars and seven cents,
which has been paid into the Treasury by certain
securities of John D. Nabb upon his bond as col-
lector of the State taxes in Talbot county, be and
the same is hereby taken and received as full pay-
ment of the claim of the State against the said
securities on said bond. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the sum of nine
hundred and fifty-nine dollars and forty-seven
cents, being interest paid into the Treasury by
the said securities, through Thomas J. Clarke,
their agent, be refunded to them by the Treasurer
upon the warrant of the Comptroller, being in-
terest that was released by an Act passed March,
fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty; and that said
agent shall pay said amount to said sureties or
their representatives in the respective proportions
contributed by said sureties, |
