Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
The bill entitled, an Act relating to the Judges of the
Orphan's courts and the Free School Fund;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
Read the third time by special order, three-fourths concur-
ring, and passed by yeas and nays, as follow:
