CHAPTER 3.
AN ACT to repeal an Act passed at the January
Session of the General Assembly in the year
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, entitled an
Act to repeal the fourth, seventh, fifteenth, six-
teenth and twentieth sections, of the fourth Ar-
ticle, of the Public Local Laws of the city of
Baltimore, relative to the qualification of Elec-
tors in said city, and regulating the time for
holding Elections for Mayor and Members of the
City Council, and the terms and the times for
entering upon the duties of said offices, and to
re-enact the same with amendments, |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act passed at the January
Session of the General Assembly, in the year
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, entitled an Act
to repeal the fourth, seventh, fifteenth, sixteenth
and twentieth sections of the fourth Article of the
Public Local Laws of the city of Baltimore, rela-
tive to the qualifications of Electors in said city,
and regulating the time for holding Elections, for
Mayor and Members of the City Council, and the
terms of and the times for entering upon the du-
ties of said offices, and to re-enact the same with
amendments, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed. |

See. '2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage. |
