DOUGH- ERTY, Clerk, of the Maryland Penitentiary, being this day sworn by me, depose and say that the foregoing statements, marked A, B, C, D and E, contain a true account of the affairs of the said Penitentiary, for the- year ending 30th Nov., 1865, to tile best of their knowledge and belief.
