STATE OF MARYLAND, Somerset County, set:
I hereby certify that the foregoing is truly copied from
Liber L. W. No. 8, Folio 466, one of the record books now
being and remaining in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Somerset county, in and for the State aforesaid.
In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name,
[SEAL.] and affix the seal of the said Court, this 12th day
of January, A. D. 1866.
