Stewart, which is upon the annexed pages 195, 196, 197 and 198, was taken before me, on oath duly admin- istered, and written down by Henry Page, Clerk, duly sworn, as is heretofore certified in my former return in the same case above entitled; and that the same was taken in pursu- ance of notice given, (which, with the proof of service thereof, has heretofore been transmitted to the House of Del- egates,) on the 23d day of January, 1866, which testimony, with the interrogatories, are herewith by me, a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland, in and for Somerset, county, transmitted to the Speaker of the House of Delegates of the State of Maryland. r -i Given under my hand and seal this 23d day of Jan- [SEAL-] uary, 1866. .
