118 To the first interrogatory: A. 48 years; has been. a voter 27 years: resided in 1865 in 10th election district. 2d: A. Did apply; was notified of no charge; confronted with no witnesses; took the oath and answered every question asked of me. 3d : A. Did vote and for Mr. Franklin. 4th: Waived. Special interrogatory. Were you or not present at the time William A. D. Bounds applied for registration? if yea, did he or not take the oath and answer all the questions put to him by the officers of registration ? A. I was present all the time; Mr. Bounds took the oath and answered all the questions. Cross-examination. Q..
