A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit
of Maryland, and that
George T. Renshaw, John Mclntyre and Wm. J. Simp-
kins, are registered and qualified voters in Election District
No. 10, of Somerset County, Maryland, and did vote at said
election for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the
Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland.

John R. Covington, being duly sworn, deposeth and
saith to the 8th and 9th interrogatories, that I am a regis-
tered and qualified voter in Election District No. 10, of Som-
erset County, Maryland, and did vote at said election for
Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judi-
cial Circuit of Maryland, and that
Nicholas R. Jones, Elijah M. Jones and John T. Jones,
are all registered and qualified voters of Election District No.
10, of Somerset County, Maryland, and did vote at said elec-
tion for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth
Judicial Circuit of Maryland.
