Blake, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith to the 8th and 9th interrogatories, that I am a registered and qualified voter in Election District No. 10, of Somerset County, Maryland, and did vote al said election for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland, and (hat John P. Mason is a registered and qualified voter in Election District No. 10, of Somerset County, Maryland, and did vote at said election for Thomas A.
