Samuel Dashiell, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith :
That George Dashiell, my son, is a registered and qualified
voter of Election District No. 5, of Somerset County, Mary-
land, and that he voted at the election held in November last,
for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Ju-
dicial Circuit of Maryland,
