December 27, 1865. (
Littleton S. White, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith
to the &th and 9th interrogatories, that I am a registered
and qualified voter in Election District No. 5, of Somerset
County, Maryland, and did vote at said Election for Thomas
A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit
of Maryland.

Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland, at said
election.
