Also, we, the said Judges—at the close of an Election held on
the same day, and year aforesaid, in the said-districts of said
County, distinguished as aforesaid, for the purpose of electing a
Register of Wills for Worcester County aforesaid—having this
day assembled as aforesaid, with the books of the polls endorsed
as aforesaid, and having cast up the whole number of votes given
in said districts, according to the said certificates, it appears that
George W. Bishop has the greatest number of legal votes for Reg-
ister of Wills for Worcester County; whereupon we do deter-
mine, declare and return, that the said George W. Bishop is
duly elected.
Also, we, the said Judges—at the close of an Election held on
the same day and year aforesaid, in the said districts of said
County, distinguished as aforesaid, for the purpose of electing a
Sheriff for Worcester County aforesaid—having this day assem-
bled as aforesaid, with the books of the polls endorsed as afore-
said, and having cast up the whole number of votes given in said
districts, according to the? aid certificates, it appears that Charles
Parker has the greatest number of votes for Sheriff of Worcester
County, whereupon we do determine, declare and return, that
the said Charles Parker is duly elected.
And, we, the said Judges—at the close of an Election held on
the same day and year, aforesaid, in the said districts of said
County, distinguished as aforesaid, for the purpose of electing
five County Commissioners for Worcester County, aforesaid—hav-
ing this day assembled as aforesaid, with the books of the polls
endorsed as aforesaid, and having cast up the whole number of
votes given in said districts, according to the said certificates, it
appears that John Dale, James Whaley, John Bishop, William J.
Aydelotte, and Rowland E. Bevans, have the greatest number of
legal votes for County Commissioners of Worcester County ;
whereupon we do determine, declare, and return, that the said
John Dale, James Whaley, John Bishop, William J. Aydelotte,
and Rowland E. Bevans are duly elected.
Also, we, the said Judges—at the close of an Election held on
the same day and year, in the said districts of said County, dis-
tinguished as aforesaid, for a Surveyor for Worcester County—
having this day assembled as aforesaid, with the books of the
polls endorsed as aforesaid, and having cast up the whole number
of votes given in said districts, according to the said certificates,
it appears that William Shockley has the greatest number of
legal votes for Surveyor, fur Worcester Conty, whereupon we
do determine, declare and return, that the said William Shockley
is duly elected.
Also, we, the said Judges—at the close of an Election held on
the same day and year, in the said districts of said County, dis-
tinguished as aforesaid, fora Wreck Master for Worcester County
—having this day assembled as aforesaid, with the" books of the
polls endorsed as aforesaid, and having cast up the whole num-
