Section 20, line 3, strike out "Appeal Tax Court," aid
Insert "Board of Control and Review,"

Strike out "December" in second line of twenty-third sec-
tion, and insert "October;"
Which was read and adopted.
Mr. McMaster submitted the following amendment:
Section 23, line 4, strike out "Appeal Tax Court," and
insert "Board of Control and Review;"
Which was read and adopted.
Mr. Trail submitted the following amendment:
Section 22, line 6, strike out "Appeal Tax Court," and
insert "Board of Control and Review." Make same amend-
ment in line 9;
Which was read and adopted.
Mr. Eaton submitted the following amendment: ,
Section 24, line 4, strike out "and on or before said day
annually;"

ative.
Mr. Billingslea, of Carroll, submitted the following amend-
ment:
In section 25, lines 3 and 4, strike out "January, 1857,"
and insert "December, 1866;"
Which was read and adopted.
Mr. Billingslea of Carroll county, submitted the follow-
ing amendment:
At the end of section 25, add, "And may at any regular
meeting of the Board thereafter, exercise the powers confer-
red by this section in the presence of the parties concerned,
or upon thirty days notice thereof being given, at any time
during the year next succeeding the passage of this Act;"
