I hereby certify that the aforegoing is' a true and correct
copy of the register of qualified voters, which list, under the
provision of section 12th, chapter 174, of the Acts'of 1865,
was lodged with me by the officers of registration for District
No. 7, in Dorchester County, for record, on the 6th day of
November, 1865.
In testimony whereof, I hereunto subscribe my name
and affix the seal of the Circuit Court for Dorches-
[SEAL.] ter County, this 13th day of January, 1866.
