for Worcester County, residing, in the town of Snow Hill,
in the second election district of said county.
In answer to the second interrratory, I depose and say
that I do* know the Hon. John R. Franklin, named in said
question, and have known him for fifteen years, and for all
that time he has resided where he now resides, in the town
of Snow Hill, in the second election district of Worcester
County, and that there is no other person of the same name
resident in the said district.
In answer to the third interrogatory, I depose and say that
I was in the town of Snow Hill, in the second election dis-
trict of Worcester County, and there voted.
In answer to the fourth interrogatory, I depose and say
that it was generally known on the day of the said election,
and at the place where the said election was held, to and by
all of the voters of said election district, that the officers of
registration of the said election district, had refused to enter
the name of the said John B. Franklin on the boobs of
registration, as a qualified voter, on account of his disloy-
alty under the fourth section of Article first of the Con-
stitution. '
