The bill to authorize the Commissioners of Queen Anne
county to levy a tax not exceeding $60,000 on the taxable
property of said county for the benefit of the Queen Anne
and Kent county Railroad;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading;
Read the third time by special order three-fourths concur-
ring, and passed by yeas and nays as follow :
