The House resumed the consideration of the bill to incor-
porate the Cecil and Harford Counties Boom Company.
Mr. Mules moved to recommit the said bill to the commit-
tee on Corporations.
Mr. Buhrman called the previous question.
The question being "shall the main question now be put?"
It was decided in the affirmative.
The question recurring upon the motion to recommit the
bill,
It was decided in the affirmative.
The Senate bill entitled, an Act directing the Governor,
Comptroller, and Treasurer of this State to sell the divi-
dend stock held and owned by the State, in the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad Company, and to apply the proceeds
thereof in part payment of. the debt of this, State.
