The bill entitled, an Act to repeal sections ten and eleven
of the thirty-seventh article of the Code of Public General
Laws entitled, " Evidence," and re-enact as follows;
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follow:

The said bill was then sent to the Senate.
Mr. Jones moved to suspend the rules to introduce an
order;
Objection being made,
Mr. Jones called the previous question,
The question being, "shall the main question be now
put?"
Mr. Barron demanded the yeas and nays;
The demand being sustained,
The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follow:
