So the amendment was adopted. The question recurring upon the adoption of the order of Mr. McCauley, as amended; It was adopted. Mr. Cronise submitted the following message. BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, February 8, 1866. Gentlemen of the Senate: We propose, with the concurrence of your honorable body, to adjourn both Houses of the General Assembly at 12 o'clock this Thursday night. By order WM. R. COLE, Chief Clerk. Mr. Slothower moved to lay the message on the table; Mr. Barron demanded the yeas and nays; The demand being sustained; The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follow:
