a turnpike road from the city of Washington to Baltimore-town. The president left the chair, and the following resolution
was proposed, read the first and second Perry, Esquire, in testimony of our approbation of his conduct in the chair, and of his ability, impartiality and attention, manifested in the discharge of the various duties assigned him as president of the senate. By order, A. VAN-HORN, clk. The senate adjourns until the first Monday in November next. So ends this first session of the fifth senate, this
thirty-first day of December, in the year of our
Test.
