administration of justice in the several counties of this state.
No. 44. A Further supplement to an act, entitled,
An act to lay out several turnpike roads in Baltimore
county, and for other purposes.
No. 45. An act permitting the proprietors of lots
binding on the water at the west end of the bason in
Baltimore-town to extend and improve the same.
No. 46. An act to correct a misnomer in an act,
entitled, An act concerning the bank stock.
No. 47. An act to authorise and empower the vestry
of William and Mary parish, in Charles county, to
sell and dispose of the negroes belonging to said parish, and for other
purposes.
No. 48. An act to empower the levy court of Anne-Arundel
county to assess a sum of money for the purpose
therein mentioned.
No. 49. An act to prevent hogs from going at large
at George-town Cross Roads, in Kent county.
