DELEGATE CLAGETT: Today by the
calendar is November 15, 1967. It happens
to be also the first day, or the opening day
of the quail and rabbit season in this
State.
For the first time in twenty years I find
myself in the position of not being able to
check those natural resources personally.
I am only grateful that we have placed
it in the hands of the Constitution and of
the State.
(Applause.)
