THE PRESIDENT: The Reading Clerk
will now call the remaining delegates in
alphabetical order.
Consideration was given to calling the
names in reverse alphabetical order, but it
was abandoned because the quality of the
paper on which the constitution is printed
is such that although it has been drying
for some hours, it is not thoroughly dry,
and we are afraid of smearing.
