DELEGATE HICKMAN: Mr. Presi-
dent, I wish that you and the members of
the Convention would join me in wel-
coming an outstanding attorney from
Queen Anne's County, Mr. Howard Wood.
Mr. Wood is in the rear gallery.
THE PRESIDENT: Delighted he can
be here. (Applause.)

Delegate Grumbacher.
DELEGATE GRUMBACHER: Mr.
President and members of the Convention,
I dropped by to see Stuart Bushong this
morning at the hospital. He is getting
along very well, and is going through
many tests. They believe they have found
out what was causing the problem and it
was not particularly serious.
However, they are checking further. He
hopes to be back with us again reasonably
soon.
THE PRESIDENT: Thank you very

DELEGATE POWERS: Mr. Chairman,
I move we recess until 7:30.
THE PRESIDENT: All delegates pres-
ent now not present at roll call may indi-
cate their presence on supplemental roll
call. The Clerk will record the supple-
mental roll call.

til 7:30, signify by saying Aye; contrary,
No. The Ayes have it. It is so ordered.
