read the Report.

mittee of the Whole No. 11. This Report
covers matters in: General Order No. 18,
Committee Recommendation LB-2. A Re-
port on Committee Recommendation LB-2
(Legislative Districts, Redistricting Com-
mission, Redistricting Procedures, Vacan-
cies, Appointment of Legislators to Other
Offices, Immunity of Legislators, Organi-
zation of General Assembly, Quorum, Form
of Lav/s, Consideration of Bills, Passage of
Bills, Journals, Conflict of Interest, State
Capital, Special Legislation, Effective Date
of Laws).

The Committee of the Whole has con-
sidered Committee Recommendation LB-2
and has approved it with amendments as
indicated in the attachment to this Report.
