bly shall establish the responsibilities, com-
pensation, and term of office of state's at-
torneys; that the governor shall appoint
state's attorneys from a list of not more
than five persons nominated in each juris-
diction by a commission established by the
General Assembly; and that the General
Assembly shall provide by law for the ad-
ministration and coordination of the vari-
ous offices of state's attorneys.
