DELEGATE BAMBERGER: I rise to suggest to the
House that we vote Aye to this question and make it
perfectly clear that all we are asked to do now is to
bring before this House the recommendation of the
Committee, not to vote for or against it.
i You see, the Committee has said we are not
' so sure that the words in Section 9 on the blue sheet
are the words we want. The words we want to present to
you are in Amendment No. 14. I should think we should
all vote Aye on that so as a matter of procedure we will
have before us the Committee report.
