that. Delegate Weidemeyer.
The next section for consideration is Section
9.
There are two amendments. Apparently one is to
delete the entire section and the other is to change the
language of the section.
Delegate Kiefer, do you have any preference
as to the order in which the amendment should be offered?
DELEGATE KIEFER: Yes, sir, Mr. Chairman.
I think that the amendment marked "E" should be considered
first. This is a rewrite of this language. The language
has been approved by the Committee, and it is the language
to which Delegate Mitchell will speak because we have not
had a report on this particular section.
THE CHAIRMAN: The Chair is not clear. Are
you saying that the Amendment E is to be substituted
by the Committee in place of Section 9 in the Committee
Recommendation?
DELEGATE KIEFER: That is correct, sir.
THE CHAIRMAN: We should be able to dispose
