General Burch. We will continue our deliberations tomorrow

morning beginning at 9:30 by hearing testimony from

Superintendent of State Police, Mr. Robert Lally. We will

then hear from General Reckord, General Gelston , and Mr.

|

|
McCabe, a representative of the Executive Department, an
|
|
6
|
expert in this field.

In response to the several inquiries that have
|
|

|
been placed to me in the corridors I think it would be
|
|

|
appropriate, Mr. President, at this time to announce that
|
|
10
|
those delegates who have proposals that have been referred
|
|
11
|
to the General Provisions Committee consisting of approxi-
|
|
12
|
mately 40 at this point will today receive invitations to
|
|
13
|
appear before our committee either Monday, Tuesday, or
|
|
14
|
Wednesday. We will be very happy to hear from you as a
|
|
15
|
proponent of your proposal. 1 just thought at this time
|
|
16
|
it would be an appropriate time to tell you we can hear
|
|
17
|
from you by Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, as your
|
|
18
|
invitation will indicate. Thank you.
