my reasons for the adoption of Resolution No. 11 and I

urge you to give it a favorable vote.

THE PRESIDENT: Is there any further discussion?

Are you ready for the question? Although the resolution
|
|

does not in terras amend the rules, its adoption would,
|
|
8
|
it seems to me, be substantially equivalent to amendment
|
|
9
|
of the rules and I would therefore like to have a roll
|
|

|
call vote. A vote Aye is a vote in favor of the resolution
|
|
11
|
notwithstanding the unfavorable report of the committee.
|
|

A vote No is a vote against the adoption of the resolution
|
|

|
