results of the Bar Examination, which concluded on July 11,

It gives me great pleasure to advise you that

Delegate Melvin L. Schneider, at the ripe age of twenty-one

years, has just received word five minutes ago that he
|
|

|
passed the Bar Examination. (Applause.)

for Atlee Wampler on our staff and our good Sergeant at

of the staff, Thomas McCarty, who is one of the draftsmen

in the Chief Clerk's office helping you draft proposals.

the Committee on Personal Rights, and Thomas McCarty,

Bar Examination.
