DELEGATE SCANLAN: I move the Clerk suspend

further reading of the R&C-9. Report of the Committee on

Rules and taat it be considered as read.

DELEGATE SCANLAN: On this report the sponsors

of Resolution No. 8 and Resolution No, 9 have advised the

16

Chairman of the Rules Committee that they are not pressing

17

those resolutions and are withdrawing them. Therefore,

18

when the report is to be considered by the Convention, the

19

report should be construed to refer only to a favoable

20

reporting of Resolution No. 9.
