THE PRESIDENT: Roll call. Have all delegates

indicated their presence?

There being a quorum present, the Convention is

now in session. The Chair recognizes Delegate Powers

Chairman of the Committee on Calendar and Agenda.

DELEGATE POWERS: I move adoption of the daily

calendar and agenda.

THE PRESIDENT: Is there a second? Delegate

White. (The motion was duly seconded.)

DELEGATE WHITE: Mr. President, I would like
