other interested parties on the subject of the mandatory

provisions in the budget relating to the school budget.

DELEGATE CLARK: Delegate Moser?

DELEGATE MOSER: Mr. President, the Committee

on Local Government will next meet at 12:30 on Monday, at

8

which time there will be a hearing on Delegate Proposal

9

50 relating to Baltimore City districts, and at 1:00

10

o'clock, we are scheduling a hearing on Proposal 111,

11

relating to mandatory districting of county councils.

At 2:30, there are scheduled for hearing a number of dele-

13

gate proposals dealing with interstate and intrastate

14

compacts, including 10, 189, 231, 232, and 242, which is

15

referred to another committee, but relates to the same

16

subject,

In addition -- well, I think most of these have

18

been introduced by Delegate Finch, and this will serve not

19

ice that with respect tc Proposal 288, which Delegate

20

Finch introduced, I think a few days ago, and also the

21

proposals that have come in through today by him, this
