to move to adjourn until the following Monday. Likewise,
on Thanksgiving Day and the day thereafter, we propose that
there not be sessions, and on Wednesday, the 22nd, we
propose to move to adjourn until the following Monday,
unless the Convention by majority vote decides to the con-
trary, this is the procedure we propose to follow.
I move that the Calendar and Agenda for today
be approved.
DELEGATE CLARK: The question arises on the
motion to approve the Calendar. All in favor, say Aye;
opposed No. It is so carried. The Calendar is adopted.
Are there any reports of the standing committees?
(There was no response.) \
DELEGATE CLARK: We now come to introduction
and first reading of proposals.
Delegate Proposal No. 309. The Clerk will
read the proposal.
MR. QUILLEN: Delegate Proposal No. 309, by
Delegate Gill, A proposal that the new Constitution provide
for a record vote on final committee disposal of all bills
in the Gcneral Assembly to read as follows.
