not be printed for some time, and since some of the dele-
gates have seen references to this memorandum and have
asked for it, we circulated it to them in this form. Dele-

DELEGATE CLARKE: Mr. President, ladies and
gentlemen of the Convention, I would like to move that
from this day forward, and that each day that this Conven-
tion is in session, that the reading of one be considered
the reading of all of the proposals introduced by Delegate
Finch. Is there a second?

DELEGATE CLARKE: Mr. Chairman, in the interest
of freedom of speech, which includes the right of freedom
to think and to write, I withdraw my motion.
